Familes - Make a Payment

To make a registation payment, please follow the below steps.

Ensure you are logged on to proceed
1. Click "Login" on the top-right
2. Once logged in click "My Details" on the top-right
3. If you have money owing, click "Make a Payment"
4. Choose the relevant option for Card, BPay, Payment Plan or Bank Transfer and review below.
5. If you feel there is a mistake at all in your fees owing, please contact us as "secretary@wyndhamfc.com"

Card Payment

  1. Ensure you have logged on as mentioned at the top.
  2. Select "Make a Card Payment"
  3. The box "Specify Amount" can be adjusted to fit your required amount. Update the correct payment amount
  4. Select "Pay $XXX by Card" 
  5. FIll out card details and finalise payment

BPay or Bank Transfer

  1. Ensure you have logged on as mentioned at the top.
  2. Select "Make a Payment"
  3. Use the bank details and your reference number at the bottom of the page to complete an account transfer
  4. The transfer will not be recognised until a committee member receipts the payment
  5. This can take 2-3 business days to reflect on your account once payment has been made.

Payment Plan
This allows automatic deductions via Direct Debit

  1. Ensure you have logged on as mentioned at the top.
  2. Click "Apply for a Payment Plan"
  3. Fill in the blanks and follow the on-screen prompts
  4. Submit your Payment Plan
